At a regular meeting of the Board of Coimnission,rs held in the
Co. -=i, ioners' Chanber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2:00 o'clock P.M.
on the 18th day of November, 19.'-:5, Mayor Scott presided ant upon call of the roll

Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: Marshall Jones

Marshall: by which a private water main may be extended in Orchard Heights, a distance of

residences of the said 9ardhall Jones and Aev. H. B. Terry, and said arrangement
ban=, satisfactory and agreeable to the said Chris Steinhauer, Jr., I move that the
Commissioners of Hater Works be authorized and permitted to allow said extension of
said water line to be made at the exclusive cost and expense of the said Marshall
Jones and H. B. Terry, and that the said Commissioners of Water Vorks be authorized
and permitted to install and place proper meters for such service and to bill the
users for crater and to discontinue said service for the same causes as oth.r water
services may be discontinued. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commission rs

for the first half of November, 1935, be allowed in the amount of $7694.98 and that

First i. the City Treasurer be authorized to pay same by checks for amount of $6989.98, and

to pay the reaalnder of $705.00 with Paducah Industries Certif Gated. Adopted on
