Pt .a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Co:nmi-sloners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentuc'cy on the 28th day
of September, 1954, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn and
:.Iayor Scott (5).
:Iayor Scott stated reason for call to -crit: For the ,>urpose of
considering an ordinance relatLng to Marathon contests in Paducah, and any
other businees that may come before the meeting.
License for Commissioner Ripley offered motion that a license to permit the
retailing
beer and retailing of beer and tight brines be granted the following applicant upon
light :sines
Granted payment of the proper amount to the City Treasurer.
