At n regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the i
Corulssioners? Chamber at tie City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky on the 28th day of
May, 1934, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, BradshawRipley,
Washburn and Mayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Beasley Commissioner Baker offered the following motion: Whereas a lot

Ccmpany 40 x .160, on Caldwell Street, which has a church building on it, was erroneously
exempted
from placed on the tax list of the Beasley Marble & Granite Company, assessment value
taxes,
errone- $160.00, I move that the Beasley Marble & Granite Company be exonerated in the

assessed net amount of $ 144.00 assessed valuation, amounting to $ 1.93 on the June bill
and $ 1.93 on the October bill, for the lot on -which the church is built.

Transfer Commissioner Baker offered the following motion: Whereas,

Oak Grow Cemetery, 12 x 20 feet of Lot #106 in Block J, by deed dated April 23rd, 1934,

Mrs. L. Commissioner Baker offered the following motion: Whereas,

Albert Watson Commissioner Baker offered motion that Albert Watson be
exonerated
