At a regular meetin of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 3:00 o'clock P.M.
on the 2Gth day of February, 1934, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the
roll the folluatrg answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Bradsha:'r, Ripley,
',ashburn and Mayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
