At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners 1,eld in the
Commissionerst Chamber in the City Nall, Peducab, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock
P.M. on the 22nd day of January, 1934, 6Sayor Scott presided and upon call of
the roll the following answered to their names: Comnissioners baker,
Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn end l.Tayor Scott (5). City Manager, L. V. Bean
was not present.
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Baker offered motion that allo:rance be made from the General
Fund, and that the City Treasurer be authorize,) to pay the 6 months interest
and collection charge on the City of Paducah 1930 Funding Bonds due on
February lst, 1934 for amount of ^ 4824.53:
outstanding $ 175,000.00

Semi -Annual Interest due '' 4812.50
Bank's collection charge of 1% 12.03
Total 4824.53
Payment to be made through the Peoples National hank Sinking Fund to the
Chemical Bank k Trust Company, New York, N.Y. Adopted on call of the roll:

Commissioner Baker offered motion that allowance be made from the
