the ordinary course of events would have been held on that dnte was hold in the
Comrissioners' Chavber in the City Fall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 26th day of December, 1933 with payor Scott presiding

Sale of Mayor Scott offered motion that the report of the Commissioner of
delinauent
tax bills Public Finance regarding advertising and sale of delinquent tax bills for the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, for the year 1933. be received And recorded upon the minutes
of this meeting.

Gentlemen:
Pursuant to Kentucky Statutes, Section 3107, the delinquent tax list for
the City of Paducah, Kentucky. was advertised in the official newspaper,
The Sun Democrat, ten times, and the list was today, December 26, 1933, offered for
sale on the stens of the City Hall at twelve o'clock noon, and there being no
bidders present to buy in whole or in part any of the advertised tax bills, as
Finance Co-mis!!ioner it is bid in by me for the City of Paducah as a whole.
