At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Rall, Paducah, Kentucky at 10:00 o'clock
A.M. on the 21st day of September, 1933, Mayor Scott presided and coon
call of the roll the following answered to their names; Com,issioners
Block, Rieke" and 14ayor Scott (3). Commissioner Bradshaw being absent.
Mayor Scott stnted reason for enll to -wit: For the parp03e of
retiring $ 25,000 Third District Sewer Bonds maturing January 10th, 1962.
Commissioner Rieke offered •,.otion that the Commissioner of Public
Finance, pursuant to Kentucky Statutes #3091, be, authorized to retire twenty
five * 1,000.00 bonds, total y 25,000.00 of the Third District Sewer Bonds
maturing January 10th, 1962 at the price of 87 ($21,750.00) and accrued
Interest ($246.53) being a part of the � 600,000.00 issue of January 10th,
1922 running40 years, bearing 5% interest, and that said bonds shall be
duly cancelled on delivery. Adopted an call of the roll Yens;
Co,missioners Block, Rieke and Mayor Scott (3)..
On motion the meeting adjourned.
