At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners, Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 of -clock
P.M. on the 11th day of September, 1933, Mayor Scott presidad and upon call
of the roll the following answered to their names: Connie icnern Block,
Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4).

mayor Scott offered motion that the report of the Chief of Police
for the month of August, 1933, be received and .filed. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas: Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor Acott (4).
Mayor Scott offered motion that the report of the City Jailer for
the month of August, 1933 be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll:

Mayor Scott offered motion that the report df the Chief of the Fire
Department for the month of August, 1933 be received and filed. Adopted on

Pro rata of Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public

tions for Finance be authorised to dray: a check on the General Fund to the First National
