At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Consoissioners' Chamber in t',e City Fall Building In the City of Paduenh,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 20th day of ?Tay 1933, 17!nyor %'Cott
presided and upon call of the roll the follaring nnaerered to their names:
Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, 'Rieke and Mayor Scott (4).
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to -crit: For the purpose of
allowing the payrolls for first half of May.
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the claim of Dr. J. Vle!:ton,
Asst. City Physician for amount of 4; 17.00 for auto supplies furnished for
month of April 1933, be allowed, same having been duly approved for allo•eance
and payment, and that the Comniasioner of Public Finance be authorized to
pay same and charge to Health Department supplies in the Department of
Public Affairs. Adopted on call of the roll: Yess: Commissionary Block,
Bradshaw, Rieke and Mnyor Scott (4).
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that tl-e amonnt of £, 12.80 be nllowed
Frances Allen, Circuit Court Clerk, for court costs In the case of Bud Gibson
vs. City of Pnducah, same having been duly approved for allowance and
payment, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay
same and charge to Costs ti Suits Fund in the Department of Public Affairs.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and
Mayor Scott (4).
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the amount of v; 8.33 be
allotted F. R. Graves for one day's service as acting Police Judge on Pay 5, 1931,
In accordance with bill rendered end approved by Roy Holman, Judge of the
Police Court, for same amount, dated Pray 17, 1933 and that the Commissioner
of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the Contingent Fund.
