At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hole in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building In the City of Pnducnh,
'Kentucky, at 3:00 o'clock P.i•7. on the 5th day of April, 1933, Mayor Pro tcm
Bradshaw presided and uprn call of the roll the following answered to their
names:. Commissioners Block, Rieke and Mayor Pro tem Bradshaw (3). Mayor
Scott being out.of.the city.

Mayor Pro tem Bradshaw stated reason for call to -wit: For the
purpose of allowing the payrolls for the lnst half of March.

Commissioner oE{ Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commi.^ssioncr of Public
Public Finance
authorized to Finance be authorized to collect the advalcrum taxes for the year 1933,
discount tax
bills 3% and which hnve hot yetibeen made out; and that in purusance with the Kentucky
2}, i
Statutes #3184 and 1/3185 he be authorized to reduce such bills collected by
a discount of three per cent (3%) if paid during the month of April 1933,
and two per cent (2w) if paid during the month of May 1933, providing such
bills are paid for the full year. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens;
Commissioners Block, Rieke and Mayor Pro tem Bradshaw (3).
Payrolls for Commissioner Rieke offored motion that the Payrolls for the last
last half of
March allowed half of March 1933, be allowed in the amount of a 9241.85, and that the
Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay snme by check for amount
of 0 4722.85, and to pay the remainder of ti 4519.00 with Paducah Industries
Booster Certificates. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners
Block, Rieke and Mayor Pro tem Bradshaw (3).
