'. At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 4:00 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of March, 1933, Yhyor Scott
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4).
