Commissioner Rieke offered motion that P. L. Nelson. Coroner of
McCracken County be allowed the legal fee of t 12.00 for holding on inquest cn
the body of Herbert Stewart, deceased on November 15th, 1932, and that the
Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the
Contingent Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissi,roors Block,
Bradshaw, Bolt, Rieke and Wayor Scott (5).
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to pay the Citizens Savings Bank the smount of £ 65..>0
for remittance to the Chemical Bank & Trust Company, New York in payment of the
interest due from Sept. jet to December 5th, 1932 Inclusive on the payment of
4100.00 on the C 90000.00 notes executed to said bank by the City of Paducah
in the year 1931. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block,
Bradshaw, Bolt, Rieke and Hnyor Scott (5).
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to pay the Citizens Savings Bank the amount of 3.77
in settlement of the charges due the banks for handling the last sales of the
Q1 15,000.00 block of Paducah Funding Bonds //2. Adopted on call of the roll-,

Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Pul:lic
Finance be authorized to pay the charity order issued on September 8th, 1932
by Emmett L. Holt, Commissionor of Public Safety, on the Family Servico Pureau
in favor of Trevathanis Grocery in the amount of sl 1.50 for groceries delivered
to A. L. Chambers ,71M South 8th Stre,t• and chnrgo to the Contingent Fund,
same having boon duly approved for alio mine nayment. Adopted on call of the

Fidelity Connisc loner Bradshaw offered the following motion;

released Co-osny of Baltimore, 1'aryland, as surety thorein for the purpose of indemnifying the
frc*.n bond
of <aschncr city for loss and damages on account of makin certain openings in the streets for
the instalIntien of sewers, and the sold E. A. Taschner, and his surety the Fidelity
& Deposit Company of Baltimore, Liaryland, having requested that the said bond be enn-
called and terminated anO the surety therein released from further liability, I now
move that the request of the Fidelity & Deposit Company through its agents,
Hummel, and the request of M. A. Taschner, for cancellation of said bond be received
and filed, and that the said bond heretofore executed by M. A. Taschner, with the

Fidelity Deposit Company as surety therein, conditioned that the said M. A. Taschner
and his surety would pay any and all damages occasioned by his opening streets or
other public rays for the installation of sewers, be, and the some is hereby
cancelled and held for naught and said bond and all liability thereunder to cease as
of this date. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw,
