Proceedings of HE bWD OF_COMM SIOTTFRS___ City of Paducah ltentuoky Ootober 19th, 1932
At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioner hold in the
Comrissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th dny of October, 1932, Mayor Scott
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5).
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to wit;- For the purpose of
allowing the payrolls for the first half of October, 1932.
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that C. H. Madden, R.F.D. N5
be exonerated from the poll tax assessment on 'Pax Bill $ 2793 for the year
1932 as he has reached the age limit and that the Commissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to refund W.C. O'Bryan who paid the tax bill and ponal-
ties amounting to v 1.68 and charge some to Contingent Fund. Adopted on call
of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott

Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the payrolls for the first
half of October 1932 be allowed in the amount of $ 5645.59, and that the
Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay some. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
