At a Call !fleeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commission-
erst Chanber in the City Hell Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on the 16th
day of May, 1926 at 2 o'clock P.M., Mayor Lackey presided and upon ca)l of the roll,
the following answered to their names: commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Yn7or
Lackey, (4).
rdayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -writ: For the purpose of
allowing bills for the mont?, of April, and such other business as may come before the
Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claims for the month of

April- Ap ril 1928 in the amount of $12012.37 be allowed and the Commissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to pay srme. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey offered motion Ghat the copy of the judgment in the case
