Kentucky at 2:00 P.M. on the 4th day of becombor, 19, L'nyor Lackey presided
^lnd upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Com�dasioners
_••rodshne,, Hannin, Nelson, Ruttcr and Mayor L^ckey, (5).
II itsyor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of allo,:ing semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business no may come before
the Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the
last half of November, 1931 be allowed in the amount of $13,759.27, and the
Cormnissioner of Public Finance nuthorized to pay some. Adopted on toll of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradsha:r, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mnyor
Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey offered moiion that the ac ount of Brady M.Stowart,
for $48.90 for services as Special Police Judge for six days, nmounting to
$48.90 be allowed, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized
and instructed to issue clieck in payment thereof. Adopted on cell of.the
roll: Yess; Commissioners Bradshaw, Honnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey,(5).
On motion meetinu adjourned.
