At a Regular Mooting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Com-
missionora+ Chamber in the City Rnli Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at
2 otelock P.m., on the 14th day of May, 1828, Mayor'Lackey presided and upon call of
the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Ilolcon, Rutter
and Payor Lackey, (4).
Minutes of the' previous meeting were adopted as read.
Commissioner flutter offered the following motion: I move that the

01-1ce. ment from Howard D. Happy Company at the price of $107.50, subject to a 10% discount
and a credit of 1<40.00 for an old Royal typewriter taken in as part of the exchange
prise, leaving a balance of $56.75 to be paid, and that said account for said

missioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4)'.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that Mamie K. Viheeler be allowed
the amount of $71.51 for new gravel street assessment on "B" street, 7.7heeler to 21st
;t'., on Improvement Bill No.679, on account of over-asssessment, and that this amount
be 'paid by the City to Fraser & Cocke, the contractors, on their estimate No.2, the
balance of the assessment having been naid in eash. Adopted on call of the roll:

Commissioner Futter offered motion that the Commissioner of Public

Fund to Finance be authorized to dram checks on the General Fund for deposit in the Special

Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the Com•nisoioner of
Crushed stone for

Public ':forks be authorized to order two cars of crushed stone, stall size,
and same be charged to account of Oak Grove Cemetery, some is of the
estimated cost, altogether, of j200.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
