At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the ,
P.D.Dennis-deed to
lot in Oak Grove
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M., on the Pad day of November, 1931, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as rend.
Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Mrs. P.D.Bennis
having applied for deed to Lot No.36, Block No.5 on Chamblin street in Oak
Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I now move
that said deed be issued to the said Mrs. P.D.Dennis to the said Lot No.36, Block
No.5 on said Chamblin street in the said Oak EProve Cometery in Paducah,
McCracken County, Kentucky, upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance
the sum of $50.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Bradshaw, Honnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Police Department Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Gus Rogers,
October report Chief of Police, for the month of October, 1931 be received and filed. hdopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
:dayor Lackey, (5).
City Jail October Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Tom King, City
report Jailer, for the month of October, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (5).
Cash Orders for Oct
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the Cash Orders in the amount
of $74.76 be allowed,and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed
by check on the General Fund for said amount; some to be charged to the proper
funds. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).

Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of the Paduc^h Water Works
report and claim 1
for the month of October, 1931 be received and filed; and that the amount of
said bill, y3,742.75, be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance
bo authorized to draw check in payment thereof. Adopted on call of the roll:
