At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Commissioners' Cbminber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky st.2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of septemb-ory 1931, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the ro'l the following ans-.crod to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor L?ekoy, (4).
Mnyoi Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing sem;-j;ontbly payrolls.and such other business as may come before the
Board.
Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Richard Holland

Colman affidavit
Colman having tendered his affidavit showing that he is by devise the owner
of ownership of
lot in Oak Grove
of Lot No.222 in Block No.14 iri Onk Grove Cemetery, which visa on the 2nd day
of April, 1882 transferred to Richard Holland, and it appearing from said
affidavit that the said Richard Holland Colman'is now th6 lawful owner of snid
lot, I move that said affidavit be filed and that the cemetery records or Oak
Grove �cmetery have endorsed thereon the evidence of transfer and ownership in
said lot to the said Richard Ho!land Colman. Adopted on call of the'roll:

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last half

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the amount of $111.00 be allowed

for the purchase of stamped envelopes, and the Commissioner of Public Finnice
authorized to draw a check on the General Fund to the order of Billings Printing
Company in payment of same and charge to the Printing, Postage & Supplies Fund.

Cash orders
A Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash order.- In the amount
of
f $83.35 be allowed, and the C0111missiOnOr or Public Finance be reimbursed by
check on the Gencrsl Fund for said amount; same to be chor&ed to the proper funds.
