Cha,ber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock
P.L. on the 2nd day of September, 1931, Mayor Lackey prosided m d upon call of the
roll the followinry answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hanning Rutter
and Yn yor Lackey, (4.).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of allowing
weekly payroll of Cotton & Eskew, and such other business as may come before the Board.
Mayor Lackey offered motion that the account of Cotton & Eskew for service
as certified accountants for services on the audit of the city records for the week
ending August 29th, 1931, amounting to $435.00, as approved by the Mayor, be alloyed
and paid and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to draw check for
said amount and charge same to the Contingent Fund. Adopted .n call of the roll:
Yeas; Co=issioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
