At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Com,,isrioners' Chamber in the City Hall building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 24th day of August, 1931, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and L1ayor Ladcey, ('4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adoptedas read.
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: The tb llot:,ing claims

I move the amount of $102.53 be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance
authorized to pay same and charge to the Park Board Fund. Adopted bn call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rµtter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Brady I'.Stewart- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the commission of 10% duo

Brady M. Stewart, back tax collector, for the month of July, 1931, which amounts
to `52.33, be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized
to pay same and charge to the proper fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
