At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In tho Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock
P.M. on the 20th day of July, 1931, Mnyor Lackey presided and.upon call of the roll
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter
and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetingo were adopted as read.
Swill Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the City of
Reynolds
bond of Paducah for the removal of a frame house belonging to Clarence Alexander over the
indemnity
to city following streets, to -wit; From a point near 11th & Finley streets north on 11th street
filed
to a pont between Burnett and Flournoy streets, which bond is in the sum of :500.00
and signed by 1111 Reynolds as Principal and the Fidelity & Casualty Company of New
York as Surety, be received and filed; and that permit for such removal be and the
same is hereby authorized to be issued to the said Will Reynolds. Adopted on call of
the roll; Yess; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).

Works Company in Paducah, Kentucky, and having in all respects agrood in writing to
toile, use and pay for water at the fixed rate for a tori; of not less than two years,

Special St. Icpv. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report of the Special
Fund June report
Street Improvement Fund for the month of ,Tuna, 1931 be received. and filed.

Collections and Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the report of collections
Disbursements -June
and disbursements for the month of June, 1931 be roe..-ived and filed. Adopted
on a,ll of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradsha,a, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
mayor Lcckoy, (5).
borrowed money- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the amount of $40,000.00,
$44,000.00 repaid
being a part of the amount which the Mayor and Commissioner of Public Finance
were a.lthorized to borrow during the current year, be allowed and the Commissioner
of Public Finance authorized to pay same on date of maturity:

City National Bank, Paducah, n " 20, 10,000.00
Total $40,000.00

Claims for June Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claims for the month of
June, 1931 be allowed in t'e amount of $11,260.01 and the Commissioner of Public
Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
