• At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
-Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock
P.M. on the 2nd day of July, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
following ansrered to their names: Commissioners Bradshdw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter
and Mayor -Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to-r.it: For the purpose of allowing
payrolls for the last half of June, 1931, end such other business as may come before
the Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that cash orders in the amount of $40.95
Cash
Orders for extra labor employed at Oak Grove Cemetery be allowed, and that the Commissioner
of Public Finance be reimbursed by check on the General Fund for said amount;
same to be charged to the Cemetery Fund in the Department of Public Property:
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, •(5).

Goo.T. Commissioner Bannin offered the following motion: George T. Mooney having
Mooney- applied for deed to the south one-half%of Lot No.33, Block bio.; in the Mausoleum
deed to
lot in Addition to Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky,
Oak Grove
I. now move that said deed be issued to the' said George T. Mooney to the said south
one-half of said Lot No.33, Block No,l in the said Mausoleum Addition to Oak Grove
Cemetery in the said City of. Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, upon payment to
the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $80.00. Adopted on call of the roll:
Yeas; Commissiondrs Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Payrolls- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the lest half of
last half June, 1931 be allowed in the amount of $14,328.31 and the Commissioner of Public
June,l931
Finance authorized to pay same. Adopted on call of the roll: 'teas;'Commissioners
Bradshrw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
On motion meeting adjourned.
