At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M.
bn the 22nd day of Juno, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
following ans-7ered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Rutter and Mayor Lackey,(3).
Minutos of the'previous meetings were adopted as road.
Paducah Commissioner Rutter offered m6tion that the report of the Paducah Rater 'Barks
report & eter lips for the month of tray, 1931 be reciived and filed; and that the amount of said bill,

draw check in payment thereof. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners

pay the tank's collection charge of 111.00 payable at the Centrnl Hanover Bank & Trust

excess amounts to $510.07, and that the tax bills of the said McCutchoon be
credited to the amount of said 3510.07 and that he be called neon to pay only
the amount of 01000.00 on said Installment basis aforesaid, and that the
Commissioner of Public Finance cause said tax bills to be so corrected as to
carry out the purpose of this motion; and I faether'move that the appraisement
In writing of said prope ty this day submitted by said appraisers be filed.
The foregoing correction of said tax bill is conditioned entirely
upon the payment of the reduced amount by the said Charles McCutchoon, and upon
his 'failure to accept the terms of this proposal, or to pay said tax upon demand
under the terms of said 10 year agreement, this settlement and compromise shall
automatically be void and of no effect. Adopted on call of the rolr: Yeas;
