At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Coa=issioncrs' Chamber 1n the City Hall Building, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 6th day of May, 1931, Mayor Lackey presided and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Fannin,
Nelson, Futter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the puroose of
adopting motion authorizing Mayor to issue proclamation re�Einding a former oroclamntion
and such other business as mny come before the Board.
Daylight Commissioner Nelson offered the following motion: I move that in view

cin�ed requested daylight snvin„ together with other businesses, hiving requested a return
to standard time and requesting that the proclamation establishing daylight saving
be revoked, that the Mayor be now authorized and directed to issue a proclamstion
in such form as to him may seem proper revoking said former proclamation and restoring
standard time in the City of Paducah. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Coymnissioners Hannin,�Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
