At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City or Paducah,
%Kentucky at 5:00 otclock P.M. on the 23rd day of April, 1931, Mayor Lackey '
presided and upon call of the roll the .following answered to their nnmen:
Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey; (4).
Mayor -Lackey stated reason for call, to -mit: For the purpose of
receiving bond of Will Reynolds for moving a house,and guch'other business as
may come before the Board.
Sill Reynolds- Mayor Lackey offered motion that the bond of indemnity to the City of
Indemnity Bond for
moving house reed Paducah for the removal of a framd house belonging to over
the following streets, to -wit: From 2600 Tennessee street west to 27th street;
thence north on 27th street to Jackson street; thence west on Jackson street to
28th street, which bond is in the sum of 0500.00 and signed by 'Vill Reynolds
as Principal and the Fidelity .& Casualty Company of New York as Surety, be
received and filed; and that permit for such removal be and the same is hereby
authorized to be issued to the said R'i11 Reynolds. Adopted on call of the roll:
Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Dr. Harry Abell Mayor Lackey offered motion that Dr. Harry Abell be appointed as a
appointed member
of City Bd. of member of the City Board of Health to serve the full term of three years.
Health -3 yrs.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelson, Futter and
Mayor Lackey, (4).
Vill Reynolds Mayor Lackey offered motion that the bond of ilidemnity to the City of
inde=ity bond to
City fixed at Paducah for the removal of a house belonging to located at 2600
c500.00
Tennessee street, be fixed at k.500.00, and that the permit for such removal
be and the same is hereby authorized to be issued to :7111 Reynolds upon execution
of such bond ith approved surety. Adopted on call of -the roll: Yens;

has authority so to do, the establishment of what is known as Daylight Savings
in the City of Paducah during the spring and sum.-ner of 1931, commending at
2:00 o'clock A.M. on the 26th day of April, 1931 and ending at 2:00 ovolock A.M.
on the 27th day of September, 1931. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
