At a regular meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Nall building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 13th day of April, 1931, Meyer Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradshnw, Fannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings ware adopted as read.
Amos Gentry deed Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Amos Gentry
to lot in Oak
Grove having applied for deed to the ',orth * of Lot No.86, Block No.5 in Onk Grove
Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I now move that said
deed be issued to the said Amos Gentry to the said north of said Lot No.86
in Block No.5 in the said Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of $25.00. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Com.issioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (5).
F.E.Graves claim Commissioner Rutter offered motion that F.E.Graves be allowed the
as acting Police
Judge amount of $41.65 for services as acting Judge of the Paducah Police Court for the
ter.. of five days during the absence of Judge Roy Holman while on his vacation.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, ($)'.
Cash Orders Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash orders in the smount
of $135.83 be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed by check
on the General fund for said amount; same to be charged to the Draper funds.

and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Paducah 'later Works Commissioner Ruttrr offered motion that the report of the Paducah
report and claim
for Ptareh,1931 Water Works for the month of March, 1931 be received and filed; and that the
amount of said bill, $3,691.59, be allowed and that the Commissioner of Nublic
Finance be authorized to draw check ih payment thereof. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshn;:, Fnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor 11ackey,(5).
