At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Coacdssioners' Chamber in the City Hall Buil.•iing in the City of Paducah,
at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 3rd day of March, 19'•1, Mayor Lackey presided
and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:

Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing monthly payrolls and such other business as may come before the
Board.
Florence Ewing- Commissioner Fannin offered the following motion: Florence 1 -wing
deed to lot in
Oak Grove Cemetery having applied for deed to the east one-half of Lot No.59 in Block No.5 in Oak
Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I now move
that said deed be issued to the said Florence Ewing to the said cost one-half
of said Lot No.59 in said Block No.5 in the said Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah,
McCracken County, Kentucky upon payment to the Commission•r of Public Finance
the sum of $20.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: Lena Hill having

to lot in Oak applied for deed to the north one, -half of Lot No.59 in Block 11o.5 in Oak Grove
Grove Cemetery
Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, I now move
that said deed be issued to the said Lena Hill to the said north one-half of
said Lot No.59 in said Block No.5 in the said Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah,
L.cCracken County, Kentucky upon payment to the Commissioner of Public Finance
the sum of $20.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Police Department Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Gus Rogers,
March report
Chief of Police, for the month of March, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Fannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor
Lackey, (4).
C!ty Jail March Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Tom King,
report
City Jailer, for the month of March, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted
on c•11 of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Nelscn, Futter and Mayor
Lackey, (4).
