At a rogttlnr meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commiaslonoral Chamber in the City Holl Eullding in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 9th dny of March, 1931, rdnyor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their nnmen:
Comndnsioners Brndshow; Hnnnin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Elmwood Cemetery Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the correspondence and
property corres.
nondence filed, cort•ificotes regarding the acquiring of the Flfm:ood Cemetery property and the
disinterring of the bodies buried therein and rointerring them in Oak Grove
Cemetery be rreoived and filed. Said papers consist of 'communication from
the State Board of Health by J.F.Blackerby, State Registrar, dPted February 28,
1931; communication from the Paducah Board of Health by H.P.Linn, City Health
Officer, bearing date of Febivary 26, 1931, and further communication from the
Strte Board of Health by J.F.Blackerby, State Registrar, bearing crate of Febtunry
38, 1931, and copy of letter to the Honorable /.A.Mid Is ton and the Board of
County Commissioners of McCracken County by George A.Hannin, Commissioner of
Public Property, bearing date of February 26, 1931. Adopted on call of the roll:
Yeas; Commissioners Bradshae, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Paducah Suter Wks. Commissioner Rutter offered motion thnt the report of the Paducah
Feb, report and
claim "later Works for the month of February, 1931 be received and filed; and that the
amount of said bill, $3,691.46, be allowed and that the Commission,r of Public
Finance be authorized to draw check in payment thereof. Adopted on call of the
ro 1: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and ldnyor Lackey, (5).
McCracken County Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of the McCracken County
Put.Health League
Feb. report Public Health League for the month of February, 1931 be received and filed.
Adapted on call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Eradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter
and Mayor Lackey, (5).
T.J.Potter to Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the deed of conveyance from T.J.
Lon 'otter -deed to
lot in Cak Grove Potter to Lon Potter to the south one.hnlf og Lot No.24, Block No.2 in Oak Grove
ratified
Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, subject to the rules
and regulations of acid and subject to the conditions of said ftod, be now ratified
and aonrcved by the Board of Commissioners, but the City does not warrant or
guarnntee in any :gay the title to said lot. Adopte•t on call of the roll: Yens;
