At a regular mooting of the Board of Commiooioners held in the
Commissioners' Chambor in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 ofelock P.M. on the 2nd day of March, 19:'1, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Bradsha7, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Police Dept. Commissioner N,1Fon offered motion that the report of Gua Rogers,

ChoLf of Police, for the month of February, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and
Mayor Lackey, (5).
City Jail Commissioner Nelson offered motion that the report of Tom King, City

Jailer, for the month of February, 1931 be received and filed. Adopted on ca,l

Cash orders- Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cash orders in the amount

of $151.86 be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be reimbursed
by check on the General Fund for said amount: same to be charged to the proper
funds. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin,
Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).

E.H.Cocke employ- Mayor Lackey offered motion that E.H. Cocke, certified public
ed to make 1930
city audit accountant, be employed to immediately make a complete audit of nil of the books
and accodnts of the city for the year 1930, and make detailed report thereof to
the City of Paducah, and that there be paid for such audit and report, upon the
completion and filing of same, $500.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commisnion-rs Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
