At a. call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the Con-,icsionera'
Chamber in the City Hnll building in the City of Paducnb, Kentucky at 3 o'clock
p.m. on the 30th day of January, 1931, Y.nyor Lackey presided and upon call of
the roll the-follovring answered to their names: Commissioners Fannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit; For the nurpose of
receiving annual report of McCracken "ounty Public Health 'eague, end such
other business As may come before the Board.

Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: It annearing that the

of said water works, and it further appearing that there are ample funds svailatle
for the purnose of providing for the payment of the monthly instnllaent of interest
and the monthly installment of principal on the caster :rorks bonds dorive.d from the
sale of said bonds now being held in the special fund by said city, and it being
to the interest of the city and to the properties of the water works that the
Janusry installment of said inter,st and orincipal payment on said bonds be taken
from said special fund aforesaid so that the entire revenues from the operation of
said plant for the month of Jnnuary c,�n be applied to necessary repairs and
improvements aforesaid, I now move that the sum of $8,807.50, the amount of the
interest installment end principal installment for the month of Jnnunry, 1931, be
