At a call meeting of the board of Commissioners hold in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall bulloing in the uity of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m.
on the 9th day of L;ecamber, 1930, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll
the following ans:rereto their names: Commissioners [tannin, Nelson, nutter and
mayor Lackcy, (4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: P'or the purpose of passing an
ordinance to close part of Decker Uourt and an alley in Afton Heights, and such other
business as Tay.come before the board.
Mary Jones Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: nary Jones and ++essie

Pearson Pearson having applied for deed to Lot No.87, Block No.5 in Oak Grove Cemetery in

Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky upon payment
to the Commissioner of Public Finance the sum of x,50.00. Adopted on call of the
