At a call meoting of the Hoard of Com"issioncrs held in the commissioners,
Chamber in the City Eall Building in the ;Ity of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m.
on the 3rd day of December, 1930, Vayor Lackey prodded and.upon call'of the
roll the foll-ainZ answered to their nanes: Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson,
Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor.Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of allo.*ting
semi-monthly payrolls, and such other bixs'ness as may come before the Board.
Harry D. Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the check of Harry D. Kremer,

check attorney, for the 5eXf V+in,ing Clock Company, for $168.90 to cover delin=anent
accepted -
Self ',rind taxes be accepted, and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be instructed and

Co.taxes aut-prized to sign the receipt for said net amount of said taxes as shown by the
receipt of said attorney. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Ruttrr and Liayor Lackey, (5):
