At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commicsionors'
Chamber in the City Ifoll Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 10:00 o'clock
a.m. on the 29th day of November, 1930, Mnyor Lackey presided and upon call of tho

Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the nurnose of
Tater Co.

Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: It appearing that the income
from the rater works for the month of November was largely taken up and consumed
with payment of collections due to the Paducah linter llorks Company on their old
accounts, and that in order to provide the required funds to meet the interest and
b=ad retirement demands up to the first of December whon the City of Paducah -ill
beCin to realize the full benefits from the income from the ':'later :'orks, and that the
accrued intorest for the month of November is $8,557.50, and that the amounts required
for the months of October and November to pay for the retirement of bonds to be
retired on the first of October, 1931 is 1:500.00, making in all $9,057.50, I now
move that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to draw check psysble to
the account of Bond and Interest Redemption Fund of the Paducah Water ":arks and
charge same to the special fund representing the balnnee realized .from the sale of
the water works bonds. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Rannin,
Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (4).
