At a regular meeting of the Board of Commisvioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall. Building In the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock p.m. on the 27th day of October, 1930, Mayor Lackoy prosided
and upon call of the roll the followlnE answored to their nnmes: Com,dcjionors
Bradshaw, Fannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Ruttor offered motion that tho amount; of $25,000.00,
