At a regular meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 ovcloek p.m.
on the 13th day of October, 1970, Mo7or Lackey presided and u^on call of the roll the
following answered to their names= Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter
and Ysyor Lackey, (5).

Colonial Commissioner RW.ter offered motion that the payroll for work done In installing

THE PADUCAH, TENNESSEE & ALABAMA RAILROAD COMPANY ON OCTOBER 1ST,1890, AND PPOVIDING
FOR THE PAYMENT OF INTFREST THEREON AT FIVE PFR CENT (5%) PER ANNUM, AND CREATING
A SINKING FUND TO RETIRE SAID BONDS," having been introduced and adopted by the
board of Co-missioners on the 23rd day of September, 1930, and having been on file
in its completed form in the office of the Board of Commissioners continuously since
and including the 23rd day of September, 1930, I move that said ordinance be again
placed unon its passage and adopted. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
