At n call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Cormdssionorsl Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 3:30 o'clock p.m, on the 23rd day of SeptoTbcr, 1930, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the follo•rrinc answered to their names;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit; For the purpose of
ad.oiting a Refunding Ordinance, and such other business as may come before the
Board;
Effie Autson,etal ♦, Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the deed of conveyance from
to H.P.Fruit - Mrs. Effie :7. Hutson, at al to H.P. Fruit to a lot 20 x 16 feet, numter 48
deed to lot in
Oak Grove ratified in 'action "G" on a walk in Oak Grove Cemetery in the City of Paducah,
McCracken County, Kentucky, subject to V e rules and regulations of said
cemetery and subject to the conditions of 'said deed, be now ratified and
approved by the Board of Commissioners, and that the affidavit of decent be
received and filed.' Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Comnissioners
Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
