At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the

Commissionersf Chamber in the City Hall Builaina in the City of Paducah,
'
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 10th dny or July, 19:i0, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to Moir names:

Commissioners Bradsbn-v Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and dayor Lackey, (5).
Mayor Lackey stated renson for call;to-wit: For the purpose
of accepting gravel street contracts numbers 2,6,7,9 and 11, and for the
purpose or making final settlement with Ed D. HannjM for installation of
plumbing and heating in the colored isolation unit to Riverside Hospital, and
such other business as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Hnnnin orfered the following motion: Ed. D. Hanndn

having completed the installation of the plumbing and hosting in the colored

Isolation unit to Riverside Hospital, and all other ork and fixtures required
of him in his contract e:ith tie city, and all of which work, material and
fixtures have been furnished according to plans ani specifications and in
accordance rith the contract, and hiving done extra work as required by the
Commissioner of Public Pronerty in connection therewith and as shown by his
statement of account, end it appearing that sr.id work has been completed in all
respects as required by his contract, I now move test said work and material

be accepted, and it further appearing that there is a balance due and owing to
the said Ed. D. Hannan for said work, material and fixtures amounting to
e679.45, I nor. move that said balance of 1679.45 le e paid to the said Ed. D. Hannan
an,] charged to the account of Permanent Improvements at Riverside Ilospital.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshnw, Hannin, Nelson,
