At a re.gulnr meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Coemissioners+ Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City.of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock P.1 -1,j on the 23rd day of June, 19309 in the absence of Mayor Lackey
Commisslonor Nelson presided as mayor pro tem and upon call of the roll the following
answered to their names: Corr,nissioners Bradsh an, Rannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem
Nelson, (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings :^ere adopted as read.
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the Commission,

The amount due to be set aside each six months to retire bonds at maturity.
Also that the commissioner of Public Finance transfer to General Sinking
Fund the sum of x.1000.00 and retire the N.O. & O.R.R. Bond #4 for this amount,
which matures on July 1, 1930. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the claim of the Kentucky 011
K7.Oil Co.
Olnim Comps�y for oiling driveways in parks, amounting to $161.30, which has been duly
apnroved for payment, be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance authorized to
pay same and charge to the Park board. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens;

Mayor pro tem Nelson offered the following motion: W.A.Winn, doing
business under the firm name of the Winn House Moving Company, having executed

providing that the said ':Jinn House Moving Company shall be held and firmly
