At a call meting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Co•-missioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building Mn the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 31st day of May, 1930, Mayor Lackey prosdded and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw,
Bannin and Fayor Lackey, (3). '
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
granting police power to'Dick McCulley, and such other business as may come before
the board.
Commissioner Bannin offered motion that the petition of the various
merchants requesting that Dick McCulley, as merchants' policeman, be granted police

required by ordinance, and to serve at the pleasure of the Hoard of Commissioners
without coat to the City of Paducah. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Bradshaw, Ha•nin and Mayor Lackey, (3).
