At a call meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City 11n11 Building in the City of Pnaueah, Kentucky at 11 o'clock
A.M., on the 15th day of May, 1930 in the absence of Vin -or Lackey whonas confined
to !,is home on account of illness, Commissioner Nolron presided ns tJoyor pro tom,
and upon col.l of the roll the foliosing ansnored to their names: Commisrioners
Nnrnln, Futter and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (3).
Mayor pro tem Nolson stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
issuing deed to cemetery lot in Oak Grove Cemetery, and such other b,tsina-s no may
come before the koard.
Commissioner Hernia offered the following motion; Urs Alice Do»son hiving _

son -lot in nprlied for deed to lot N0.89 in block 110.5, Oak Grove Cemetery in the "ity of
Oak Grove
Paducah, 14cUrneken County, Kentucky, I now move tint said deed be issued to the
sold Alice Dnrson to said lot No.89, Block No.5 in Oak Grove Cemetery upon payment
to the Commissioner of Public Finnnce tl:e sum of 150.00. Adapted on call of the
roll: Yens: Commissioners Bannin, Rutter and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (3).
On motion meeting adjourned.
