At a regular mooting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Cormissioners( Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 12th day of May, 1930, in the absence
of '.'nyor Lackey, who is confined to his home on account of illness,
Co-missioner Nelson presided as Vinyor pro tem, and upon call of the roll
the following nrswered to their names: Commlasion,rs Bradshaw, Hannln,
Rutter and Yayor oro tem Nelson, (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.

Fusbanda, bearing date of i.'ay 6th, 1930, addressed to the Mayor and City
Commissionera of the City of Psdacah, regarding the failure of Merkle
Construction Company to properly repair 39th Street aryl Sunset Avenue,
be received, filed and that said matter be referred to the Commissioner of
Public ,forks and to the City 5olialtor with atthority to take whatever action
Is necessary to remedy the defebta pointed out if any exist. Adopted on call
of the roll: Yens; Co-missioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nutter and Mayor pro tam
Nelson, (4).

Commissioner Rutter offered motion tl`at Lockwood & Gatser be allowed and
Gasser allowed
$1000.00 -
paid the sum of $1000.00 to be credited on their contract for the
Colored Isolat-
ion Unit
construction of the colored isolation unit to Riverside Hospital; some to be
charged to annropriation for said purpose. Adonted on call of the roll:
