At a call meeting of the board of uommissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chanbcr in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 10:30 o'clock A.M., on the 3rd day of Mny, 1930, In the
absence of +ayor Lackey, who wns confined to his home on account of
illness, Commissioner Nelson presided as Mayor pro tom am' upon call of
the Poll the foll=ing onsvnored to their names: Commissioners Hannin, butter
and Mayor pro tem Nelson, (3).
Mayor pro tem Nelson stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing payrolls for the last half of April, and such other business as
may come before the board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the last half of
Ps-,rolls-lsst half April, 1930 be allowed in the amount of ,$14089.09 and the Commissioner of

Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the cast orders in the amount of
