At a call meeting of the board of Commissioners held in the
Comanlssioners' Chamber in the City )call building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 18th day of April, 197n, -Mayor Lnckey
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Drndshn:•i, Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).-
. Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of allowing semi-monthly payrolls, and such other business as may come before the
Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered motion that the payrolls for the
first half of April, 1930 be all'wed in the sum of $10,321.47 and the
Payrolls -first

Brack Owen and T. Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: I move thnt the deed
A. Miller deed of conveyance from Brack Owen and T.A. Miller to the City of Paducah, bearing date
returned by City
of December 22, 1926, conveying lots numbers 10 and 11 in Block number 6 in
Miller and Owen's Willowwood Subdivision to the City of Paducah, and which deed
was rejected by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Paducah, Kentucky on the
7th day of February, 1927, be returned.to Brack Owen and T.A.Miller, same never
having been accepted by the Cite of Paducah. Adopted on call of the roll:
