At a call meeting of the Board of Commissionors hell! in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Rall Building in the City of Pa,.'ucnh, Kentucky
at 2 o'clock P.M., on the 6th day of Elnreh, 1930, mmyor Lackey presided and
linen call of the roll the follosins answered to tb.oir namce:
Commissioners Fannin, Nelson, Futter and 7n7or Lackey, (4).
Mayor Lackey stntnd reason for call, to -wit: Por the nurnose of
passing 9^ ordinance to close certain -a its of an alley from 21st Street to 22nd
Street, and such other businers as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered mo'ion that the Deed of Exchange of Real
Deed of Fxerange
P.& I.R.R.Co., &
Estate between the Paducah and Illinois Railroad Company and the City of Paducah,
City of Paducah
Kentucky, bearing date of February 24, 1930, and which deed has been duly
executed by all of the parties thereto, be now received and accepted, and that the
Commissioner of Public Finance be instructed and authorized to cause said deed,
together rith the plat attached tYereto, to be recorded in the office of the
County Court Clerk. of McCracken County. And said Commissioner of Public Finance
is further authorized and directed to issue to the Paducah and Illinois Railroad
Company the Cityvs check for 8204.50 in payment of the nmountdue to it under
the terms of said deed and under the terms of the or4inance heretofore adopted
authorizing the execution thereof. Adonted on call. of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Fannin, Nelson, Rutter end Mayor Lackey, (4).
