At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commi.:rion-
erar Chenber in ti -,e City Rall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2 o'clock
p.m., on tI a 28th day of October, 1929, Nnyor Lackey presided and upon call of the
roll the follo-inF, answered to thou names: Comnds^ioners Bradshaw, Fannin,
Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings we:e adopted as read.
Commissioner Bradshaw offered the following motion: J.M.Rouse Contracting
�as�ington Company having executed construction bond for the construction of sidewalk, driveways,
t.16th to
17th.siae- curb and gutter on Washington Street, from the crest property line of 16th Street to
walk,etc

filed the east property line of 17th Street, and having executed contract No.10 covering
said work, which bond has been approved by the Mayor and signed by J.M.Rouse
Contrneting Company as principal and the National Surety Company of New York as
surety, and the Contract approved by the City Solicitor, I now move that said contract
and bond be received and filed aid that the ceritfied bid check df J.M.Rouse Contract-
ing-dompany be returnodr-io them by the Commissioner of Public Finance. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Pannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor

No.17, lying and being on the south side of Peace Avenue between Myrtle and Willow
Streets in Oak Grove Cemetery in Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, and it being
expressly agreed and understood that this deed does not convey the portion of said
lot in the northeast corner where Waltus Elam was buried on June 20, 1850, which is
herein reserved, and the said parties of the second part expressly agree that they
will not remove said body or molest said grave in any way, subject to the rules and

and filed, and the Com.�.ission,r of Publi. Finance be instructed to have some
