At a call meeting of the Board of Commissicners held in the Commiestoncrs'
Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 11 o'clock
a.m., on the 6th day of September, 1929, Mayor Lackey presidod and upon cull of the
roll the following nnswerod to their names: Commissioners Nelson, Rutter and Mayor
Lackey, (3).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for csl.l, to -wit: For the purposo of
adopting motion correcting tax bills and assessment against property on North
Thirteenth Street, and such other business as may come before the Board.
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: WHEREAS, in the
i:.115th St. ordinance assessing the abutting property on North Thirteenth Street, between TTillett
tax bill- and Palm Streets for tho street improvement under Contract No.5 Southern Roads

vised Company, 1928, the amount of certain tax bills for said improvement were erroneously
made out sgainst part of said abutting property, and the Engineering Department having
re-mensured and revised said tax bills as to the amounts thereof, and it appearing
t?,nt the tax bills sgainst C.C.Rieke, Trustee, and the City of Paducah, and J. Van
Aart were made out for amounts less than are shown by the corrected bills and that
C.C.Rieke, as Trustee, .T.R.idoss & 11I.J.Pierce, City of Paducah, Hattie A. Robinson, .
G.D. & Dora Larkins, Roland Ramage, Hugh Davis, G.E.Allen, Mae Brogan, B.F.Moore
and tars. F.S.Adams were assessed more thsn the amounts 'shown in revised assessment
and revised tax bills, I naa+ move that said revised tax bills showing the amounts
duo on various assessments against said property owners be adopted, and that the
Co:missioner of Public Finance be instructed to collect and receipt for the same in
'the amount of said bills as follows:
