At n cnll. meeting; of the Board of Camaission-rs held in the
Commissionors' Chamber in 'he City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2 o'clock p.m., on the 4t1i day of June, 1929, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon c-11 of the roll the follov.,ing answered to their names;
Com"issioners Ila, -in, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey, -(4).
Mayor Lackey stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
allonis�g payrolls for last half of May, 19290 and such other business as may come
before the Board.
Commissioner Rutter pffered motion that the payrolls for the last
