Proceedings of_ BOAFD OF COM-111IFFIONFPS .City of Paducah , APRIL 8TH,1929
At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at two o'clock p.m., on the 8th day of April, 1929, Mayor Lackey
presided and upon call of the roll the follawing answered to their names:
Commi,rioners Brndshwm, Ilnnnln, Nelson, Rutter and btnyor Lackey, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted ns rood,

Public Health Public Health League for the month of March, 1"29, be received and filed, Adopted
League report for
Larch on the call of the roll; Yeas; Commissioners Bradshaw, Hannin, Nelson, Butter and
Mnyor Lackey, (5).
Commissioner Pelson offered motion that the report of J.14. Slaughter,
Fire Department Fire 8hief, for the month of Parch, 1929, be received and filed, Adopted on the
report for ?larch

Lackey, (5).
Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the

follows:
A.F.Grief, contract on pipe & hydrants $390.00
I.C.P..P.Co., Freight on crushed stone 36.05
Total
be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and
charge to the Oak Grove Cemetery fund. Adopted on the call of the,roll.: Yeas;

Commissioner Rutter offered the following motion: I move that the paid
