At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissionors held is the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building, at 2 O'Clook P,H., February ;

20th, 1928, in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Mayor Lackey presided and upon the
call of the roll the following answerod to their names: Commissioners Bradshaw,
Hannin, Nelson, Rutter and Mayor Lackey. (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Commissioner Bradshaw offered motion to adopt a resoluti6n an-

S now move that said tax bill be corrected to the extent of $9.11 and
that said tax bill for the last half of the year 1927 be cancelled and that said tax
payer be relieved from further liability thereon. Adopted on the call of the roll:
