Commissioner Bradeha, offered the following motion: Luke ':'alliama
having executed construction bond for the construction of gravel street on °outh

City Solicitor, I now move that said contract and bond be received and filed and
thnt the certified bid check of Duke Clilliams be delivered to him by the Co;i=issionc.•r,
of Public Finance. Adopted on the call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners

Contracting Comnsny having executed construction bond for the constmucticn of side -

the Maryland Casualty Company of Baltimore, Maryland as smrety, and the contract
approved by the City Solicitor, I now move that said contract aad bond be received
and filed and that the certified bid check of J.',i.Rouse Contracting Company be
delivered to it by the Co'r:icsicner of Fubliq Finance. ,Adopted on the an 1 of the
